My wife is sick. The past two times my wife signed up for refreshments for after church she wound up sick and I had to take over. Setup take down and service. Yea.

Tesitng the ability to post via the iPhone because I am usually inspired in odd places. ;)

There is no theme this month, but I thought this might be appropriate for Halloween. I came across this in the archives recently and remembered how much I liked it.

Working inside a government facility has its ups and downs. One of the ups is that they are often slow to realize that some of their IT policies leave a lot of room for people to take advantage of them. The down side is once they realize it they go way overboard and put a strangle hold on resources that have the potential to interfere with real work.

Eventually it will swing back the other way, but until then I can’t read blogs or go to facebook or any of that jazz for a while when I am at work. When I am at home I have been concentrating on my health (going to the gym) and the family and photos. Hence I have been scarce in the cyber world. I hope that I can post a picture and a brief story once in a while and maybe respond to comments.
